Article marketing is a powerful method to build quality links, increase your ranking with Search Engines, increase your traffic or visitors thus increasing the conversion (income) of your site. Some SEO experts even say that this method will also drive a good amount of direct traffic to your site; unfortunately I have never experienced this kind of benefit. When I was starting in the Web doing link building, I was doing manual submissions to every article directories which I could find. Being afraid about the duplicate content penalty, I was writing different articles to different directories and it was really tiresome. Until one day, I stumbled upon an article submission tool called Unique Article Wizard or UAW and I reaped the maximum potential benefits of Article Marketing ever since.
While using UAW, I was introduced again to another kind of Internet practice called article spinning. This simply means generating several articles (hundreds or thousands) from a single article. Many SEO say that links coming from duplicate contents will not be valued much by Google (although there is no hard proof about this) so one way to avoid the duplicate content issue is to spin your article so you could generate several articles from it while maintaining its quality. There are various ways to spin an article. You could directly spin it by changing the phrases or words (synonyms) – the lazy man’s style or you could re-write each sentence or paragraph several times, then spin each words (using synonyms) until it becomes 100%> unique.
UAW is all about article spinning, unfortunately I could not elaborate further because of TOS agreements but in short, it will generate thousands of unique and quality articles from the articles that you are going to create or submit. After using this tool for several months, the results were awesome. Some of my niche sites which were stuck in the SERP climbed easily to first page of Google results page.
The only problem about this tool is the cost. Aside from writing or outsourcing the articles to be submitted you have to pay a monthly fee of 67.00. And if you are outsourcing your articles and are promoting several niche sites, your cost will be inflated but in the hope that your earnings from Google AdSense will be enough to cover it.
The monthly cost was my problem until finally I discovered a solution to my dilemma, I stumbled upon a software which will submit all your articles to a bunch of hand picked carefully chosen article directories which are regularly updated – the software is called Article Marketing Robot or AMR.
Unlike UAW, AMR will require you to pay a one time fee with free lifetime updates. Well at least as long as the people behind it are still alive. The list of article directories provided by this software as I have mentioned earlier are regularly updated. Ezinearticles.com is included in their list and I had a high rate of success submitting articles even if I was using spun articles.
With AMR, you could create different accounts, it has a captcha solver but you have to pay an external party in order to use this feature. Well nothing to worry about cause it’s very cheap. It has a scheduler, and you can choose to submit a number of directories (let’s say 20 or 50) each day without the fear of overlinking. This software can also help you spin your articles easily. It has a good database of synonyms so you could at least make your article unique.
But for best practices, I use another software for spinning – The BestSpinner. I re-write my article once (sometimes twice or thrice when I am in the mood); spin them per paragraph, then spin them again using synonyms and changing phrases to make my article unique as much as possible. After spinning my article, I loaded it in AMR, where it will soon generate hundreds to thousands of unique articles and submit them to a number of directories of my choice.
Take note that not all submission will be successful. If you submit your articles (let’s say your spun article can be generated to have 500 articles) to 500 directories, not all of them will post your submission. There will be failure but rest assured in my experience, I have a success rate of 75%. So out of 500 article directories, you can expect to have 375 backlinks.
The quality of article directories will of course vary; some have high PR including ezinearticles.com while most of them have zero PR. You shouldn’t concern yourself too much about this especially if you want to make your link building as natural as possible. Links coming from zero PR websites is also important, it will also make the impression that your webpage is popular (link popularity).
Lastly, don’t ever expect to rank highly using this software through Article Marketing alone especially for a competitive niche. You have to diversify your links. Acquire various kinds of links as much as possible to ensure success that you will rank at the top page of Google. Like I mentioned before, Internet Marketing via Google AdSense is a profitable venture. But like in any kind of business, earning a decent income from this business takes a lot of hard work, dedication and imagination.
